St. Petersburg Museum of bread - the first and so far the last museum in Russia dedicated to this ancient product. In the museum there are a variety of exhibits - from archaeologists excavated objects, applied to baking bread in ancient times, to all sorts of things that illustrate the history of the bakery business in St. Petersburg.

The museum's collection of bread is unique and very interesting. For example, in the section devoted to the siege of Leningrad during World War II, you can see those same 125 grams of bread, which were assumed everyone in the city each day. Museum of Theatrical and Musical Arts was founded in 1918, he became the first theater museum in St. Petersburg. The basis of the museum's collection materials formed the "First Russian theatrical exhibition" held in St. Petersburg, Panaevsky theater in 1908. Later the exhibits are from private collections and archives of the former Directorate of Imperial Theaters in a building which the museum was opened. The first exhibition at the Theatre Museum was held in May 1921, after two years of intensive search of any materials relating to the history of theater in Russia. Since 1970, the museum theater and music began to acquire subsidiaries. The main building of the St. Petersburg Museum of Theatre and Music is a permanent exhibit dedicated to the history of Russian and Soviet Drama Theatre since its inception and until the end of the XX century.
