Museum of Dance in Stockholm.
Opened in the spring of 1999 near the Royal Opera House, and opposite the Royal Palace.
It is located in a former bank, built in 1918.
The museum houses a rich collection of masks, costumes and sketches of national ballets, shows the history of dance from the beginning of its development to the present day in all its forms and in all corners of the world as videos, posters, books and documents.
Archive of Folk Dance, affiliated to the museum since 1976, is known worldwide and is a source of knowledge about national and amateur dance.
The museum is also a shop with a large collection of video and books.
Also there is a cafe where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the city.
